Our client is specialist recruitment company in the fields of Technology, Oil and Gas and Energy. They were established in 2003 with the vision of creating a global presence and are now looking to grow their multi-lingual recruitment teams with graduate talent.There are 2-3 urgent vacancies to be filled as soon as possible. Ideally you will be able to start in September.Graduates will start in the position of Resourcer with a view to being fast-tracked into a full 360 degree Recruitment Consultant role within 3-6 months. You will be working in the SAP recruitment team, placing candidates into permanent Software Development and Management vacancies paying upwards of £70k across the UK, Germany and Switzerland. Full training on business development, recruitment techniques and market knowledge will be provided by the Director and Managers in order to fulfil your development needs in the first 12 months. The business is looking for future Team Managers as well as Consultants. The basic salary is £18-20k and with a very generous commission structure paying up to 35% of your revenue each quarter.
