Recruitment Consultancy in Central London specialising in upstream roles in oil and gas recruitment. They are a recent business start-up, founded by an extremely successful and experienced recruitment duo. From their base in London they recruit across the UK, Central Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East, Far East, Africa and Australasia.This business was founded in 2012 with a vision of becoming the premier recruitment company within the international oil and gas sectors. They are looking for an ambitious graduate who will be closely mentored by one of the company owners, with a view to progressing into an exceptional and high-earning Recruitment Consultant.The main emphasis for your first few months will be on identifying and attracting the best executive talent within the upstream oil and gas markets for a variety of vacancies including Geologists, Drilling Engineers, Reservoir Engineers and Geophysicists. You will not need to have any experience or prior knowledge in this field although would be welcome if you had an interest. The market for this is huge in Norway hence they are looking for a Norwegian speaker to take advantage of this and create new business opportunities.The salary for this role is £19-20k with the opportunity to earn significant commission on top.Requirements- Educated to degree level, ideally with a 2.1 classification- You must be an exceptional communicator and rapport builder- Happy to work in a telephone-based role including cold-calling- Naturally inquisitive and ability to absorb technical information easily- Motivated by goals and financial success- Down-to-earth and likeable- Sales experience is welcome although not essential
