Like any sales position, there will be plenty of telephone calls and a lot of knock-backs. The financial rewards for success are fantastic, with projected first year earning potential in excess of £35k and an uncapped commission scheme. The starting salary is £25k. The company is also looking for future leaders to facilitate expansion into new markets and brands (they have recently launched a new company in London and promoted a Consultant to become a Director).
