The Researcher role will involve:- Researching leads- Consultative sales- No need to ever do any business development- No cold-calling, all warm leads- No KPIs- Supporting the full recruitment process, conducting thorough research into candidates, advising on the appropriate roles and briefing them prior to interviews.Essential skills:- Native proficiency German speaker- Minimum 2.1 level degree, preferably in a Humanities subject- Solid commercial awareness- Keen to engage with people regularly- Good UCAS points- Good listener and empathiser
