With rapid growth plans they are looking to double their size in the next three years.This is a brilliant opportunity for a French or German Graduate looking to utilise their outstanding communication skills.This position involves client relationship management, new business development and servicing customer needs. It is a varied role and you will receive on-the-job training. You will be developing the French and German market, duties including:STRATEGY - Attain sales goals and profitability through following the Export Sales StrategyTARGETS - To complete daily KPI's and call plans issued by the Assistant Export Manager and Export Sales ManagerSALES - Responsible for the development of the two areas through bringing on board new distribution customers in the French and German areas, through prospecting and cold callingCLIENT MEETINGS - To develop the sales areas through arranging and completing on site customer visitsOur client is looking for someone to start with them immediately.The requirements for this role are:- Fluency in French or German- Excellent communication skills- Comfortable speaking to clients over the telephone- Self motivation- Strong desire to succeed- Sales experience desired
