Having been happy at being a small specialist business they are now looking to expand into new markets and want to hire graduates to grow from within.My client is urgently looking for a new Trainee Consultant on the Aviation recrutiment desk. You will need to be of graduate calibre, speak fluent French or German and have experience in a sales based environment. You will be directly responsible for winning clients throughout Europe and beyond in the aviation industry and generating revenue for the business by filling vacancies. The basic salary for this role is £18-20k depending on commercial experience and will get reviewed regularly depending on performance. Successful candidates should be earning OTE £25-35k in year one and more than £40k in year two. Alongside the financial rewards they offer a generous holiday package and other cash and non-cash prizes every month.There is a flexible career path which enables those who demonstrate natural leadership to be able to grow the company into new markets and take up management and director level positions. They are also happy for those who would rather focus on staying in high-billing Recruitment Consultant positions.Requirements:Candidates must have fluency in either French or German as well as sales experience. Additionally, you must demonstrate the ability to build rapport over the telephone, be engaging and fun to speak to but have a mature head on your shoulders to deal with corporate clients. There is a lot of cold-calling and a lot of rejection. We expect candidates to be motivated by sales and the rewards that come with success.You must live within a reasonable commute to Woking, Surrey.
