Their global reach has serviced more than 500 projects with 300 clients in over 100 countries, enabling them to draw upon a sophisticated network of leading individuals within these industries, from a variety of backgrounds.The emphasis is very much on developing long-term client relationships through getting the right person rather than just making the sale. Initially you will start as a Resourcer, finding candidates for this company's blue-chip clients. As you progress, you will be eased into the full Consultant role, responsible for the delivery of recruitment services to established clients in the banking and finance or telecoms industries. Whilst there will be responsibility for new business development, this will be done in a measured, professional way, working with each client on an individual basis.The initial basic salary is between £20k, with a commission package to take first year earnings to beyond £30k.Firstly, you will need to display the characteristics that successful Recruitment Consultants demonstrate. These include professionalism, confidence, drive, influencing skills, resilience and a hard work ethic. You will also need to be highly eloquent, and possess the highest standards of both written and verbal communication skills in English.
