Over the past 2 years there have been 25 clients across 13 countries; this client base includes leading household names, such as Nestle and Logitech. Typical roles would be in the £70 ? 120k base salary level.You will be working alongside the Associate Consultant as a Researcher; this is a one-off chance to join an expanding leading IP specialist executive search firm. For the first 12 months you will largely be conducting research into the intellectual property market, and duties will include: - Learning about the world of intellectual property to build expertise- Conducting research and writing reports on client competitors and target candidates- Compiling job descriptions and candidate marketing documents- Supporting the Associate Consultant and Owner in all areas of administration- Researching into the intellectual property and patent attorney market- Thoroughly investigating all candidates for clients' rolesAfter the first 12 months you will then be turning your hand to candidate management, which will involve:- Calling candidates regarding specialist roles- Pitching roles accordingly- Managing the whole recruitment processProgression will be tailored according to the individual, meaning that your career path has the flexibility of either going into a more client-facing or a delivery role.Requirements:- Happy to live in, or relocate, to Leeds- ABB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points- 2.1 level degree from a top 30 University - Fluency in written and oral French or German- Ambitious, intelligent and articulate- Enthusiastic- Ability to research a topic in immense depth- Able to work autonomously, whilst also having the ability to contribute to the larger team objectives of growth and delivering high standards
