Their global reach has serviced more than 500 projects with 300 clients in over 100 countries, enabling them to draw upon a sophisticated network of leading individuals within these industries, from a variety of backgrounds.My client is winning a lot of business and demand for recruitment services across Lithuania and Russia, placing IT candidates into Financial Services. As such they are looking for a Russian-speaking graduate to come on board to help deliver against client needs. The emphasis is very much on developing long-term relationships through getting the right person rather than just making the sale. Initially you will start as a Resourcer, finding candidates for this company's blue-chip clients. As you progress, you will be eased into the full Consultant role, responsible for the delivery of recruitment services to established clients in the telecoms industries. Whilst there will be responsibility for new business development, this will be done in a measured, professional way, working with each client on an individual basis.The initial basic salary is £20k, with a commission package to take first year earnings to beyond £30k. There are genuine future opportunities to work abroad in the future.You must be fluent in English and Russian.My client is interested with those who have either studied languages or travelled or worked internationally. On top of this they are looking for those with a good academic record, a genuine interest in working in a competitive sales environment and who can articulate themselves with clients and candidates alike.
