The managing director set the company up in 2008, having gained over 12 years' experience at a well-known FTSE 250 business. The vision of the director is to create an innovative business rather than a KPI-driven 'call centre' feel and to use the advances in social media platforms to find exceptional staff. There are ambitious plans to grow the business which include opening up offices in mainland Europe.This is an urgent requirement for a French, Dutch or Flemish speaking graduate who has got the natural aptitude for sales and an ambition to develop into a client-facing Recruitment Consultant. The pharmaceutical recruitment market in the Benelux area is flying at the moment and UK-based recruitment businesses are finding that there is a lot of business and vacancies to recruit. They are finding that having fluent speakers enables them to build stronger relationships with clients to gain these vacancies. You will benefit from close mentoring by a Senior or Managing Consultant to gain expertise in a niche market which will help you to develop from a purely candidate-facing role to a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.Being a business-to-business sales service, you will be looking to earn considerable commission on top of a basic salary in the region of £20k (potentially more for those with more relevant experience).Requirements:- Degree-educated- Fluency in French, Dutch or Flemish- Sales focused- A natural rapport builder- Resilient- Happy to cold-call- Sales experience is preferred
